Electrical installation for sites that cannot stop
Most of our installation work happens on sites that are already running. That changes the order of everything. The design has to account for what can be isolated and when, the programme has to fit the production plan, and a containment route has to be agreed with the people who use the walkway it crosses.
We plan the work with your operations team before anyone lifts a tool. Isolations are booked, permits are raised against a method statement your site has already seen, and each phase ends in a state the plant can run in overnight. Where zoned areas are involved the installation follows BS EN 60079-14, and the equipment we select matches the zone it will sit in.

How we keep the site running
We work in phases small enough to be finished, tested and handed back inside a single window. Nothing is left part-wired at the end of a shift. Temporary supplies are labelled and logged, and every isolation is either returned or formally carried over, so your shift team always knows the state of the system they are running.

Usually, yes. Most of what we install goes into sites that cannot stop, so the programme is built around your isolations rather than the other way round. We agree the windows first, size each phase to fit inside one, and leave the system in a running state at the end of every shift. Where a short outage genuinely is the safer option we will say so, and we will tell you how short it needs to be.
We can. Some clients bring a completed design and want it installed; others give us a requirement and a site. We are happy either way. Where we design, you get cable calculations, single-line diagrams, containment routes and equipment selection, and for zoned areas the selection is justified against the classification drawings before anything is ordered.
An Electrical Installation Certificate for new work, with schedules of inspections and test results for every circuit, issued to BS 7671. Hazardous-area equipment is recorded with its marking, protection concept and the zone it is installed in, so the record lines up with your Ex register. You also get as-installed drawings and updated board schedules.
